Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Island Group. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

2. Tour Participation

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the selected activity. Please inform us of any medical conditions before your trip.

3. Weather & Safety

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Island Group reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to:

Unsafe sea conditions

Extreme weather

Government restrictions

Natural disasters

Other circumstances beyond our control

4. Changes by Guests

Date changes are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.

5. Liability

Island Group acts as an agent for selected tour operators and transportation providers. While we work only with trusted partners, we cannot be held liable for delays, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Peak Season (July & August)

Bookings made for travel during July and August are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend:

Your booking may be moved to another available date, or

The value may be converted into store credit, valid for 12 months, subject to availability.

No cash refunds will be issued for guest cancellations during this period.

Regular Season (All Other Months)

Cancellations made:

More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.

24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.

Weather & Operator Cancellations

If a tour is cancelled due to:

Dangerous weather

Rough sea conditions

Government restrictions

Operator cancellation for safety reasons

Guests may choose one of the following:

Full refund, or

Reschedule to another available date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
